This workshop will provide strategies to help both you and your child navigate big feelings and find greater ease and calm.
GUIDING DISCIPLINE: Leading with a Calm Nervous System; Gain practical strategies as we explore the power of co-regulation, helping children access parts of their brain that support emotional regulation, problem-solving and empathy.
