Trojan Dog Treats are here! The treats are made upstairs by Mrs. Glidden’s class and will be sold in the cafeteria during both lunches TODAY! The cost is $5.00 for a package of treats. The class is trying to earn money for classroom activities. Made with only 6 ingredients, these delicious treats have been tested by Holly Jo and given 2 paws up!
The Dungeons and Dragons club meeting is canceled Wednesday, March 5. The next D&D club meeting will be Wednesday, March 12.
Seniors, make sure to get your scholarship application submitted to the Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation. The deadline is March 3rd. There are hundreds of scholarships available.
Are you interested in being a part of your student body government? Want to be a part of the decision making that helps shape our school culture? Then, Student Senate is for you! Elections are coming up soon and you will need to complete your 2025 election application. You can grab your application from Mr. MacNeil in room C139. Applications must be submitted to Mr. MacNeil by the end of the day: Thursday, March 20th. More information will be released as we approach our election deadline.
Last night, your Traverse City Central Girls Basketball team pulled off a thrilling 48-46 comeback victory over Midland. After trailing 30-16 at halftime, the Trojans stormed back in the second half, capping it off with a last-second rebound and putback by Lorelai Zielinski to secure the win. Zielinski led the way with a double-double—15 points and 11 rebounds. Marlie McGregor added 11 points and 2 steals, while Jakiah Brumfield contributed 7 points, 3 assists, and 4 steals. Lucia France dominated the boards with 12 rebounds and 6 points, and Halle Rose chipped in 5 points. With the win, the Trojans improve to 14-6 and now set their sights on district play Wednesday against the winner of Traverse City West and Alpena.
