TCAPS Summer Explorers Club Registration Update
Due to a system error, Summer Explorer’s Club registration will now open on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
Due to a system error this morning during Summer Explorer's Club registration, we communicated that registration was shut down and a new date to register will need to occur. The reason we must request all new registrations is because the system was experiencing errors for some and not others, therefore timestamps were not accurate.
In order to prove a fair and equitable process with the timestamp process honoring a first come first serve basis (any family registering for all 9 weeks will receive priority placement if registered prior to February 15th), we are opening Summer Explorer’s Club registration on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
A technology help desk will be available on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for those who need assistance with logging into the system and completing the required forms. If you need assistance during this time, please call 231-933-3328.
