New Payment System Brings
Online Convenience to Parents
TCAPS now offers parents the option to pay for tuition and registration fees for early childhood programs online. Parents at all TCAPS’ schools may pay tuition and registration fees either by e-check, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover cards through PaySchools, an online payment proecessing system. Programs that can be paid for through the online system include:

Preschool
- Kindergarten Enrichment
- Montessori Programs
- Extended Day Child Care
- Summer Camp Programs
Once a payment has been made, parents will immediately receive an email receipt confirming their purchase. PaySchools does not save or store bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users.
PaySchools offers parents the ease of being able to make payments 24 hours a day/7 days a week, the security of knowing the school has received payments, the protection of sensitive account information, and the convenience of having records of purchases and payments available online.
